Learn the Keys to Franchising Success at Boot Camp: Franchising

Player Engagement is bringing back the popular Boot Camp: Franchising for another run at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Many professional athletes have successfully transitioned into the franchising industry during and after their playing days, and this is your opportunity to learn how they did so.

Open to current and former players and their wives and significant others, Boot Camp Franchising features education, mentoring, and networking opportunities with Ross School of Business faculty, the International Franchise Association, the Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative, and successful franchisors and franchisees. Through these opportunities, site visits to franchise operations, and a group project designed to facilitate in-depth exploration of the franchising industry, participants will leave the Boot Camp with a strong understanding of whether franchising is the right career path for them and what steps they need to take to achieve success. As an added feature, participants will have the opportunity to access additional resources from the IFA and PAFI after completion of the program.
