Brewer Sports International and GTX Corp Announce Collaborative Marketing Efforts Surrounding Development and Launch of the Next Big Step in New Wearable Technology - GPS SmartSoles™

Strategic partnership includes integration into the professional sports sector and enables business development, marketing, sales and endorsement of GTX Corp's innovative product line

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Minneapolis and Los Angeles, August 20, 2013 - GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a leader in customizable, patented 2-way GPS solutions, and Brewer Sports International (BSI), a multi-faceted global sports management firm, have joined together to further expand the reach of the #NextBigStep in wearable technology: GPS embedded insoles - SmartSoles™ (#SmartSoles, #GPSInsole).

As one of the world's fastest growing multi-faceted global sports management firms with a focus on the business of sports and wellness, BSI will utilize its extensive network to facilitate outreach efforts with synergetic companies and partnering organizations as well as secure product endorsements and enhance awareness and global exposure for GTX Corp's innovative product line of wearable GPS technology.

In particular, BSI will help secure partnerships and establish relationships with alumni athletes and affiliates, targeting those suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Alzheimer's disease, professional sports leagues, associations, agencies and unions as well as with various public and private corporations and international organizations focusing on health and wellness.

"There are so many people, not just athletes, that can benefit from this groundbreaking technology," said Jack Brewer, Founder and CEO of Brewer Sports International and NFL Alumnus. "As a parent, I want the comfort of being able to track my young child's location at all times. I believe families all around the world will benefit from the security and peace of mind that comes from being able to locate your loved ones."

With over a year in development, GTX Corp had been researching ways to further miniaturize its GPS module in order to penetrate new markets and expand current ones. "Compared to our existing module, this next gen is approximately 30% smaller, thinner and lighter, 20% less expensive and has 200% more battery life. It is equipped with a motion sensor and advanced A-GPS technology for pin point accuracy," states GTX Corp CEO Patrick Bertagna. "We are very excited to have Brewer Sports partner with us along with being an integral part of our go to market campaign to promote the SmartSoles™ in the sports market and to the general public."

BSI has proven experience with athlete endorsements and promotion in the sports industry and is actively working to increase awareness and gather a handful of interested athlete spokespeople to support the launch of the SmartSoles™campaign. GTX Corp and BSI plan to officially launch the Next Big Step marketing campaign surrounding Super Bowl XLVIII this February in New York City.
