PHILADELPHIA -- Former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Troy Vincent and longtime Director of Client Ticket Services Leo Carlin were inducted into the team's Hall of Fame Monday night.

Vincent, a New Jersey native, joined the Eagles in 1996 and enjoyed eight seasons with the team, finishing seventh in team history with 28 interceptions, while reaching the Pro-Bowl five times.

"I just want to thank God," Vincent said. "This is one of the few opportunities I've had to just say thank you to the people who made it fun to come to work every day. It made it a wonderful place to play."

Standing on the podium brought back memories for Vincent, a player who saw both highs and lows during his playing career with Philadelphia.

"I didn't want to talk," he said. "But no one else did either. I was held accountable for myself and my teammates and it allowed me to become a professional. I had to answer the tough questions, but it was part of the job."

Carlin has spent 52 years with the organization and is dubbed as a pioneer in the ticket service industry. He recalled one of his favorite memories of Franklin Field and a father-son ticket deal the Eagles used to offer.

"The father would be 32 and the son would be 28," laughed Carlin. "But I love the people I work with and the fans, whose names I see on the ticket lists year after year."

*NOT HIS EAGLES: Vincent held nothing back when asked what he thought was wrong with this year's team, that currently sits in last place in the NFC East with a 3-7 record.

"I just see a lack of leadership," Vincent said. "I see things happening on the sideline. It's a will, a want, a desire to win. You have to hold each other accountable. I'm not in there every day, but I think the plays on Sunday are a result of what you do in practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It's a shared responsibility, coaches included.
