Players Hone Their Media Skills at #NFLBootCamp Broadcasting

The eighth annual NFL Boot Camp: Broadcasting saw 24 current and former players descend on NFL Films headquarters in Mt. Laurel, NJ ready and eager to learn from the best in the broadcasting industry. While 19 of the participants were Boot Camp: Broadcasting rookies, five former players – Matt Chatham, Nick Ferguson, Brady Poppinga, Michael Robinson, and Amani Toomer – returned to the program to receive additional coaching through Boot Camp: Advanced Broadcasting.

As Player Engagement’s original Boot Camp approaches the decade mark, the media education of the players has evolved with the times… social media is now more prevalent than ever. In addition to the long hours that they put in on set, in production meetings, and doing broadcasting homework late into the night, this year’s participants took time to Tweet, Instagram, Facebook, blog, you name it! Below you’ll find some social media snapshots from the #NFLBootCamp Broadcasting.
